Binding Engagement Terms
Standard Terms - Non-Negotiable
1No Liability. Circle of Care assumes no liability for outcomes, award decisions, funding determinations, or any consequences arising from the use of deliverables produced under this engagement.
2Not a Prime Contractor. Circle of Care does not serve as a prime contractor, co-applicant, or named partner on any bid, grant, or solicitation response.
3Back-End Service Provider. Circle of Care operates as a back-end service provider. All work is governed by a service-level agreement (SLA) covering deliverable scope, timelines, and format.
4No Visibility to Awarding Bodies. Circle of Care will never be named, referenced, or made visible to any awarding body, funding agency, or evaluation panel.
5Client Owns All Compliance. Circle of Care is not responsible for regulatory compliance, reporting obligations, or any compliance-facing matters. The client retains full accountability.
6Back-End Delivery Only. Scope is limited to document preparation, budget development, proposal drafting, and template creation. The client reviews, approves, and submits all final deliverables under their own authority.
